Mixed feelings. Some of the first week was actually life changing, specifically witnessing my fear. For about a week I wrote down every time I felt afraid, and it gave me so many insights. But some of GB’s stuff is also clearly not good for me. I get caught up in positivity and manifesting, and in the end feel worse.
