First impression with about a quarter into the book. I like Ivan, the younger brother. I’m not sure whether this is about age or what but I can relate to him more. And he seems like a nice guy:)

I don’t know how Sally Rooney did this. But I started reading feeling uncomfortable about and confused by the structure of paragraphs - sort of mixing texts with conversation content.
But now I’m fully invested in the story and love the vibe. It’s like with her chunky paragraphs of words and descriptions, I’m really getting to know these people
