I take back what I said about the art in the preview, the gritty style works wonders here.

Read the 2 mini issues.
First was really good focusing on TM infiltrating SHIELD.
Second was only 2 pages which seems to be a prologue for the next series which I’ve heard is the better one - art is a step down so far though. To answer your question it’s between a 4 and a 5 rn - if this series is better than the first it’s a 5 guaranteed but still has room to slip up - the art isn’t a good first impression.

Finished the first series - loved it.
Ending left a little to be desired but I can look past it.
The second series is supposed to be even better so I’m going to be eating good.
Before that there’s two mini issues included which I haven’t included in the above number (so technically there’s 10 issues) - even more bang for my buck.

Another good issue.
It’s refreshing to see Taskmasters empathy being his downfall as it’s a side of him I’ve never seen before.

Another great one.
Good showcase of Taskmasters imitation power, pretending to be the head of a gang to incite a turf war with another, reminiscent of back in Japan.
Forgot to mention it in my last update but Taskmaster has a new costume in this one. It’s a hoodie and Casey Jones mask and I love it. A lot more serious and threatening than his skull mask

Was hesitant initially but it seems to have it all so far.
