The Reformation preceding the discovery of the New World as if God opened up a land for the persecuted. That is very interesting. That could honestly be a whole discussion and I'm wondering if I should ever tackle that.

The argument of how God placed Britain so distantly from America proves that "authority of the one over the other was never the design of Heaven" is very interesting, and I wonder if that could be expanded into an argument against colonialism?
