Favorite this read are tiny beetles that bend ant antenna like other ants asking for food. Once they get the ant regurgitated food, they hold to the ground and lock up so the ants can’t attack them.

Book is great. Just learned about pseudoscorpions in the soil related to actual scorpions. Also learned that crayfish on one acre move like a ton of dirt a day. It's good to learn of the whole "shadow ecosystem" under the ecosystem we all see which makes the visible ecosystem possible.
