When this book hits it really hits, but the marshmallow test* chapter (stop being so kind to your future self) and another one i have forgotten the name of that advocates for caring less about things happening in the world kinda drag the whole book down.

*the being king to future you mentions that the marshmallow test has controversy around (it mostly being a test of poverty is a controversy i guess).
