There are lots of reasons that the person who wrote the intro (Dr. Albert Ellis) is an insufferable twat, but numero uno is of course the fact that Ellis just spent all 15 pages of his intro talking about how he was a better therapist and psychologist than the author and understood lesbians in a way that the author didn't. Who let this insufferable dickwad write this intro???
