At times it seems that this book is the author's personal archive Trying to piece together all the book he has read in the best possible way, instead of being guided by a particular idea. THe idea often seems secondary. Thus it is easy to loose track of what he is trying to say.

The book becomes a lot more clear, both in subject matter and in structure. The author has summarized the first half of the book, which was of great help, and outlined what is to come.
