The author would appreciate that I am taking a break at 69%.

LMFAOOOOOOO... the pure dread of thinking someone's about to dump work on your desk.

I like this book, and it'll likely get 5 stars from me. I'm dragging cos I only read this during the workday to keep me motivated--the reality of finance is not that interesting. It's mechanical and a lot of "Jesus, just give me the fucking money" feelings. But this book makes the people and job itself seem more interesting than they are, which keeps me going when I start asking why the fuck I'm doing this job.

every time I start reading this, I get roped into doing something else. hoping to finish this by the end of the weekend.
