The survivor guilt is so heavy for Dahl.

I loved the mental health tools she used with trying to ground herself, I’ve down the breathing and the finding objects in the room so many times! Especially to stay present.

This book immediately starts right into the chaos! And it’s very well wrote that you don’t feel like your starting in a middle of a conversation and you’re hating yourself for reading before bed because you’re scared as hell now 🫠💕

I love the FMC & MMC so much with being half way through this book! The incredible detail allow me to play the story in my head so well! Such a wonderful job on how the world during this & characters l
