This is THE most recommended reference grammar for intermediate/advanced biblical Greek. It is not a teaching Grammar though, so you need a good grasp of the basics and intermediate before you can make use of it. He gives tons of examples, which is great. I don't like how he divides categories by meaning rather than grammar. I've seen it trip others up, but those divisions are standard now.
If I were to start over again I would do
ALPHA WITH ANGELA (free youtube course)
Then
LEARN NEW TESTAMENT GREEK by John Dobson
Then
Take a grammar-translation seminary course (or work through a textbook with free lectures online). I like Dana Harris's book but Mounce is the most popular and has the most resources. Plummer includes free lecture videos with the textbook and is gaining ground on Mounce. Join the NEW TESTAMENT GREEK FOR BEGINNERS facebook group and the NERDY BIBLICAL LANGUAGE MAJORS facebook group.
