Kinda Pollyanna & As expected Case remembers the world through the lens of his AOL experience where almost all that could be happening of note w:the 'net has AOL somewhere at a nexus point, which wasn't exactly true. Worth reading so far at least to get a futurist-type take on what non-technical execs will be using as part of their planning narrative.
