Prof Bloom engages in what can only be described as a fit of obscene glazing. But damn…I think I’m starting to get it. Shakespeare’s one of the masters, that much I’ve always known and felt. But the complexity, the terrifying brilliance, and the downright humanity in his work. Shocking.
