We know there were volcanoes and flowering water once. Conducive to life. What went wrong? Why didn't life flourish there as it did here considering we have found life in both extreme heat and cold. Why have mining giants not sent their own exploration for mineable minerals.

Finally the canal idea is thrown out the window and reality is brought to the forefront

Finding myself easily distracted

My brain is at capacity for tonight. The 1900s and some still believed that Mars could be inhabited. The canals are where this belief stems. I just can't see how this fellows canals can be legitimised by so many when they can't be reproduced and no one else seems to have come forward with truly solid comparable data. I think he knows they are fake too. It's all for fame.

Barnard is a smart fellow. Isn't it so seen throughout history, that those with poor education in fact, become some of the smartest in the world!

It's a little hard to digest. The writing style is bland.

Amazing where it all began

Imagine where the world could be if all these interferences weren't experienced with the telescopes creating hazes etc.

I've said it before but I would really like more illustrations.
