The pov is changeable and not in a good way! Did not like

The writing is kind of stiff it is too descriptive you know what they are doing every damn second ! The whole time you are aware that you are reading a book the characters are to characterised I don't know how to describe it better but they say and do things so that they can show you how good they are or how they are characters? :/
