In chapter 5, Snow offers a quote from Facebook representatives (for a CNN article he was writing about people quitting and deleting Facebook), where Facebook literally claims it is as beneficial to a person as BROCOLI. I think that quote is terrifying and dangerous, and Facebook should be embarrassed.
