A very sweet, thoughtful, and depressing story of a topic that is the definition of shades of gray. Much appreciation to the family and friends willing to share their experiences. It gave this biography a unique, empathetic touch without shying away from the ugliness that comes with addiction. As someone who has always felt like a sad clown, I really formed a connection with Farley and shed a tear more than once.
