This is so unrealistic, I can't.
I don't even mean the fantasy part, but who in it's right mind has someone bleeding out and doesn't seek help, or the bare minimum of trying to stop the bleeding. No. You take a few pieces of paper towels and consider the job done. And then, when that person is passed out, with a pale face and obviously blood loss you think, "they'll just be sleeping" and fucking leave?? Wtf
