On the home stretch? Three parts like the parabolic path of a rocket - first part is blast off, then the rise to the apex (velocity decreasing as it rises and then increasing as it falls back to Earth), now in the third part and impact is imminent.

Took a family vacation to DC. Got bored on the plane & decided to read this since I had purchased the kindle version awhile back. It is making a lot more sense the 2nd time around, but still not sure where he is going with everything. My previous status updates say I got a lot further into this than where I am now, but I am not remembering anything of where I am now (just started Part 2). I will finish this time.

To be honest, I have not cracked this book in 2012, just noting where my bookmark is (there was actual dust on the book when I checked). I am going to have to come back to this one and start from the beginning- I am sure it will make a little more (not much more, just a little bit more) sense the second time around.
