Great story so far. I'm not so sure about Halla but M.K., Sukey, and Kit are lit.

Deeper they go, the more fascinating the canyon becomes.

This book has the makings of a good adventure film. Sukey and Kit are my favorite characters. Looking like a good plot coming.

Fun and Interesting story.

So far the world building is cool. Steampunk tech, sci-fi vibes in existing areas just outside New York with lots of mystery.
