Steven Oh man, this was a good one. I can't wait for Peace Talks to get a release date. I need a date to satiate a little of my addict's craving!!!

J.D. Carabella I just listen to the audio books for these when I take a bath. So it's slow going, but I'm finally on new books in the series.

Steven Oh that sounds nice... I'd fall asleep listening in the tub though LOL!

J.D. Carabella I have - that's actually one of the problems I have. When I was re-listening to the series to catch back up again, I used it to fall asleep after surgery and on some long trips. The other problem I have is when it inspires me and I start thinking about my own stories and realize I've not heard the last 10 minutes of the book :( When that happens with paper, it's much easier to go back and find where you were. Harder with audio. But I love James' voice!

Steven Yeah, his voice is VERY NICE. *swoons*

I struggle with audio books. I have a hard time paying attention and not doing other things, which then distract me. I also don't like not finishing chapters when I stop, and audios take a lot longer to get to chapter endings... I very rarely do audio.

If my commute were longer though, I'd probably listen to audio books, as driving is the one thing I can do while paying attention to the book that I don't competely tune the book out!

^-- is way too dangerous for me! I have tried that and find my eyelids getting heavier and heavier! I think I really need to stick to paper/ebook for my first read through on most books and then audio for the 2nd time through where it doesn't matter as much if I miss some bits.

Steven That's probably wise. And also wise not to listen in the car if they put you to sleep!!! :D
