I’m going to DNF here. The writing isn’t bad and the premise is interesting. I just think it feels like it’s missing something. I think my issue is that with the main character missing her sight, I needed dual POV to add the descriptions of setting. I can’t picture it in my head.

My kindle also said this is “steamy” but where is the spice. Too far in and not enough tension.
