I feel like the story wants me to believe the psychopath in the story is the male patient Max, but I have a feeling it may be Dr.Parrish's flirty female student. It could be both but I don't trust these hoes.

If the narrator of the story is not the medical student as I originally thought it may be the ex or his female coworker he runs and confides in. I seriously think it's a woman even though the story is read by a male actor.

I guess I'm almost halfway through (disc 6 of 11) and so far nothing really crazy has happened unless you count the death of Max's grandma and the doctor practically following his crush home to look for him. Also his flirty student filed sexual harassment charges against him but I saw that coming when he kept turning her down.
