This quote is so true. I always get a feeling of satisfaction when the title of the book shows up within the story.


Also there are so many suspects in this story. I have absolutely no idea who the culprit is. Wow! I love the mystery.

Carly has a big heart. She is definitely my favorite character, followed by Lucas and Grandma Mary Tucker.

"I resolved to try to catch the joy in the small things. It's not happiness because that comes and goes. It's that inner peace we have when we take every day God gives us and we're thankful for it."

I've always loved talking about the difference between joy and happiness. I'm so happy to see it mentioned in this book. 🙂

The suspense is really heating up now, and I'm getting surprises. 😲

I really like how skilled Lucas is at getting answers, and putting pieces of information together. I can't wait to see where the surprise piece for the fabergé egg is. Where in the world is it?! Who has it?! The family history is pretty interesting too. All of the pieces to the story are slowly coming together.

I've been waiting for the suspense to intensify and it's finally happening. I love Colleen Coble's writing.
