Richard I Porter Curious to hear your assessment of this claim “15 years of building a blue water force has already made the PLA Navy the second largest globally capable navy in the world.” And whether the book is worth reading. I would definitely expect at least a chapter or two of comparisons to Japanese and British fleets given that claim.
