Okay, while I LOVE the fact that the heroine is Korean and the hero is half-Welsh (Cardiff Uni shoutout!), I'm gonna have to call a technical foul. 'Twat' is a REALLY harsh thing to call a near-stranger, especially when she's a SHE and even more especially when you're more than slightly interested in her, definitely interested in getting in her pants and currently in the process of rejecting her drunken advances.

And okay I get that EB is not necessarily familiar with all the connotations of British slang/insults, but really?! Of all the options out there, you picked twat? That's pretty much the British version of calling someone a 'cunt'! MAYBE acceptable as something close female friends call each other, but NOT AT ALL in this scenario. 'Idiot' or 'numpty' or most any other word would have sufficed!
