I’m learning I’m more of a story girl rather than this memoir style of writing. i enjoy it but it just seems to drag on. if i read about one more wild night out on the town that leaves her feeling disoriented and embarrassed i may just shelf it as is and vow to never open it again.

I’m enjoying how there’s little recipes and stuff thrown in amidst retellings of her twenties. it makes it feel so casual and less of a book and rather a conversation
