use some vicks!! always helps me when it comes to a dry or runny nose honestly for any nose issues haha (also try nasal spray!)

hmmmm it never gets cold enough here to give me a stuffy nose and im kinda used to the cold *cough cough* i was wearing a tank top outside in 34 degrees but ig dress warm and have tissues and stay hydrated!!

Zyrtec I take one in the morning and at night, nasal spray/nasacort once a day, stay on top of water and if you know you have lower b12 levels take supplements it also helps with this problem and your levels, most importantly don’t rub your nose! you also can wear a mask or something to keep your face warm 💗

and yes nose spray would help too ive used that before when i was sick and it def helped

I put a drop peppermint in my nose...clears up my congestion...also sniffing saltwater up your nose then blowing it back out.
