These might be the best segments/chapters of the book so far. Actually character development and I didn’t feel like ripping my eyes out as the descriptions were brief and the sentences short (only to be ruined a paragraph or two later at times with a half-page long sentence 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫).

Still bad, but tolerably so.

It’s crazy how there’s like two good paragraphs that hold my attention and everything else makes me want to rip my eyes out from boredom, listlessness, and over-description.
