My first DNF of 2024. This was AWFUL. The plot was somewhat interesting, but even for a cheesy hallmark style romance novel the writing was abysmal. I couldn’t handle the back and forth and just general silliness between the two main characters. I loved another book in the series so I was hoping they’d all be good, but this was truly awful
