So far so good! Been reading more Japanese authors lately and I'm not sure if it's because 1) the writing is plainer or 2) they make everyday life sound so much more interesting than I believe it is. Maybe I'm just searching for inspo to regard life as beautifully as a Japanese woman regards mushrooms.

Couldn't summarize plot so far, just characters doing nothing while you glean something about their personalities
