I really like how the author stirred empathy multiple times in the book through the use of multiple techniques like dialogue and even adds details, inner thoughts to further accomplish this goal.

I think the author can be predictable at times but overall they have a lot of suspenseful moments that can throw the reader off and get them to infer what else will occur.

The author always has a very serious mood in the book, it creates a sense of tension between the chapters which implies that a climax is approaching because the events are starting to form and buildup.
