Wow, it's stupid to say I'm shocked, but White women using the sexual assault of Black women/AFAB people perpetrated by their husbands as grounds for divorce and/or the reason to oppose slavery is crazy.

Their "morality" is based on their own self interest rather than any form of empathy. (Overall, this hasn't changed much, has it?)

Dorothy recounts ways bonded Black women/AFAB people resisted against their oppression. When reading all the atrocities, there's something powerful in seeing such bravery and will power.

I also found it moving to see how a child was both a reason to stay yet also a fierce force and driver to fight for change.

How emotionally and morally deficient must you be to be so violently cruel? What excuses must you tell yourself to live your day in peace while you terrorize, torture and tear so many families apart in the name of "business." I wonder if one passes down the aptitude of taking zero accountability genetically. It's the curse of White people and their never ending cycle of terror.

"Rape was an act of physical violence designed to stifle Black women’s will to resist and to remind them of their servile status."

The phrasing of this opened my eyes a bit. Rape, sexual assault, down to every micro aggression is a form of control. To remind you of your place, your use, your social standing. It beats you down and scares you into submission.

Is the USA's hyper independence and lack of social services also rooted in racism?

Considering White supremacy entitlement, is it that they get upset at social services because they view those—specifically Black women/AFAB people—"abuse" it? Like they're giving away their money to those they perceive as lazy and inferior?

I mean, nothing lazier than a single mother who also works a job or two, am I right?

I know I'm not saying anything new here, but the way Black women/AFAB are blamed for everything is fucking ridiculous.

Summary of Philippe Rushton ideology: "Big dick or big brain, you can't have everything," insinuating all Black Men are well endowed, thus, unintelligent.

Honestly, get over your small dick Philippe and call it a day.

Notes:

- Racist ideology proclaims that Black people are unnaturally sexual. To summarize: this was used to excuse sexual assault and to criminalize.
-> I have to wonder how much of this has influenced our current society since there are big similarities, especially when being sexual can equate to "asking for it." Do humans inherently use sexuality as an excuse to enforce power or has this been taught?

Notes:

- It [reproductive liberty] must encompass the full range of procreative activities, including the ability to bear a child, and it must acknowledge that we make reproductive decisions within a social context, including inequalities of wealth and power. Reproductive freedom is a matter of social justice, not individual choice.
