At first I thought the sudden ending of her sessions into her essays was hard, but seeing her takeaways was really insightful. It’s not a completed story just yet, but neither are our lives. I liked that she’s basically dedicated to work on herself, to see her cognitive distortions for what they are and if she can’t fix them all of a sudden, maybe just to acknowledge them, let them exist without shame

There are certainly lots of aspects to this book I don’t relate to, but the black and white thinking for sure, the cognitive distortions. I find her discussion on superiority and feeling “special” quite interesting. Want to go back and maybe journal about some of what her doctor said to her on this
