I have just read a chapter about anger, it was so eye opening. I love this book's approach to so many different aspects of behavior and where it may come from. I absolutely love the amount of compassion she expresses and in return, she makes me feel compassion for others around me and myself too

this book isn't just about anxious attachment, it really heals so many core wounds. I find myself using the healed parts of me with my family and friends. this book really works wonders when it comes to understanding yourself and being there for yourself

I really love this book. it does speak a lot about relationships, but for me it is more useful as a tool to reduce my anxiety overall. it really helps to calm myself, I have used a couple of techniques already and they worked so well!

I'm in a waiting room at a doctors office, people around me are nervously tweaking the entire time and a couple is giggling and whispering. I absolutely cannot concentrate on reading and this is the only book I have on my phone
