I picked this back up after over a year away and decided to start back at page one. The language is just so luscious.
Sure, I vaguely recall where we were, but why would I cheat myself of the luxury of once again descending into this world one page at a time. (Maybe it’s more of an ascending. Is there a word for lateral-scending?)
