A lot of what violets and Xaden's relationship is the difference between being honest and being transparent... Like yes of course if you ask the question. He's always going to tell you an honest answer. But the thing is about questions and just about knowledge in general is a lot of times. You don't know what you don't know. And that's the problem with honesty vs. transparency. Transparency involves being proactive.

Why is this kind of turning into a Twilight moment? Where Edward and Jacob hate each other and are like kind of jealous of each other. But Bella can't necessarily choose either of them but she chooses both of them but not in a weird way....

This man did say that if she took her hair out of her braid he would always lose a fight and that's exactly what she's doing. Is she wrong for this... No because I want her to win this argument for the sake of all of us right now

I love how their roles have practically reversed where Xaden doesn't want to have sex if it means separating emotions and after him not allowing his full disclosure, of course our little violet girl is like I'm not sure if I want to give that to you. I don't want to give my love to you because I trusted you. You took that away from me and I'm not really here for that. But girl, you're just denying yourself

Are you fucking kidding me? The author not only kills fucking Jack Barlow last book but now he's fucking back for what? What does he serve to the plot??

I swear to God if the author gives Dain a redemption Arc or even a small glimmer of a redemption Arc, I'm going to throw shit
