I have to stop and lie down so frequently; the book is brilliant but mentally taxing. I believed in free will until I was about 45, “learned” how it was impossible (mainly from Sam Harris) but today at 5am with gales pounding away at my window, I learn it is real again. 🤦🏼‍♀️
