I’m sensing a few plot holes - like a lot’s happened between volumes off screen.
What I am seeing im mostly enjoying - this new fearsome five team look cool and X (whoever they are) straight up decapitating a bloke was unexpected yet cold.

So bad.
First Red X unmasks to reveal some kid I’ve seen but know nothing about because he hasn’t been developed in the slightest.
Then we just forget about the other red x because the suicide squad from another earth have randomly pulled up and no one has stopped to question why? We’re just going with it?
Is the other red X going to be revealed? Will it be good? Doubt it but find out next time folks.

Ngl I don’t have a clue what’s happening. So much unnecessary over the top action for no reason.
There’s also a lot of tie in issues which are referenced so the fact that these aren’t contained in the TPB is a joke tbh.
Starting to see why this is review so poorly on goodreads.

Nice little Gregg vs Grodd arc to start the volume - haven’t had too much exposure to Grodd outside injustice so was nice to see him, was difficult to tell which gorilla was which at points though.
Stitch making a Scooby Doo reference caught me off guard and was hillarious, they’ve been on top form so far.
