haven't read this since 2018 and I forgot how rough the writing was. Dude got much better. I also thought the MC was channeling Ryan Renolds but I see now that it was published a month before the DP movie, ...so I guess he's an original obnoxious smart-ass not a copycat obnoxious smart-ass. (but yeah this MC won't shut up, or say anything his all female party can understand)
