Compared to Wool, I'm not invested in the characters. I can kinda see where it's going. There's no stakes right now. You already know what's gonna happen because it's a prequel...so I'm not sure what they could have added to help make the story more suspenseful. Maybe book three will be better and tie it all together. For now, just gonna push through reading it. I'm on part 2.
