It's very good, structurally. I think he definitely gets things right when he's talking about "becoming Contemporary with Christ". But a part of me thinks this might be more spiritually true, than dependent on any kind of phenomenological posture we can take.

I don't know. I'm still thinking through it.

But what I do think is in error is his Ontological Christology, that Jesus is who he is for ontological reasons. Kierkegaard does this in order to get away from history and its various problems. But I think this is too strong a reaction against history.

Anyway. It's very good, if not at least as a view into the progression of Christian thought since the beginning.
