So.
I cannot find this book. I had decided to take my time with this one, reading a chapter at a time intermittently kind of between other books because I was sometimes getting a lot out of it and then other times I felt like It was just coming up so short. I put it away for a while and now I actually cannot find my copy. I have to DNF it just to get it out of the way until I find it again. Oops
