Giving this book a second chance by listening to its audiobook version

I actually having a hard time reading the first chapter. I think classic books are not my cup of tea especially because of the diction but to be honest I never quite enjoy the movies either, story wise. I hope giving a chance to read the book would change my perspective tho.
