I love the grim and dark fantasy aspects of this story. The tone really inspired me for a past D&D One-Shot that I DMed last week. I didn't do it as violently as this book, but I hope in the future to include more of it.

Varg's story feels like a Shonen Anime, and it's nice. Orka's story started furiously but it has lost steam right now, hopefully it gets better. Elvar's is the most balanced one, I really like her.

This book is getting better and better. I'm still struggling remembering some of the side characters of Varg's story
