So far this doesn’t even feel like a dark romance. It feels like a physiological thriller. I’m giving it till 50% before I DNF the f out of this book.

Uhmm… she needs to stop adding things to this poor character. It’s like she was writing and at chapter 13 was like oh yeah I forgot to add this major life thing that really effects how she lives and does things, but not give any context to it earlier in the book.
