I have just started this. I picked it up as I am the 16th great granddaughter of the real Awdrey Harvey and discovered this while doing an ancestry project. Awdrey was actually raised by the real Clarenceux who was in fact her paternal uncle. Fascinating and enthralling book thus far, nonetheless, and an enjoyable way to spend my Christmas break between University teaching terms. :)
