I love this one just because I get to see Mercutio not gonna lie. He’s an icon and my one true love! It does also have incredible phrases that I still use to this day too. Whenever I read this it reminds me of Thisbe and Pyramus, which in Greek mythology are separated by a wall that runs in between their houses built by their parents. They talk through the wall and end up in the same dilemma and eventual tragedy.

The final day has arrived, it is time to cram. I love Romeo and Juliet, the original rizzlers. “Let lips do what hands do” okay FREAKY. My personal favourite has to be mercutio, I’m a sucker for a good sidekick that has a dramatic death, something you’ll find in pretty much every Shakespeare play ever. It also reminds me of Chloe gong, my Shakespeare rewriting diva! Her R&J retelling is crazy good, trust me.
