I just finished the first book, Three-Body Problem. I found it pretty engaging, especially where astronomy and the history of the Trisolaran civilization came into the picture, but the character development was actually better in the Netflix series and the segment where internal conversations from the Trisolaran civilization were “leaked” wasn’t very imaginative.
