Also, why must I read about yet another "mean girl"?? Like I get that this is YA and for teens but is it really necessary to write in a--to quote the author-- "teenage feud with a hormonally-challenged seventeen year-old who thinks [she's] after her boyfriend"? I mean the girl jumped up and wrapped her legs around the guys waist in a territorial display.. like really?? Come on now... completely unnecessary

loving Amalie's writing style so far, but I'm getting rather annoyed that the main character keeps talking about things and it still hasn't been explained as to what they are. Or why it's so important that she find this boy..
